“Since childhood Emily had always aspired to be a painter. After school she majored in Fine Art in Seoul, where she also worked as a teacher. After a while she realized that she wanted to move into a different field and dramatically changed her life. She moved to Milan to become a fashion illustrator and studied fashion journalism and styling. She began her career as a freelance illustrator for Elle Italy and moved on to Donna Moderna Italy and Vogue Sposa Italy. Her fascination and inspiration with the fashion world grew it became clear that she wanted to dedicate herself to being a full-time stylist. She has since collaborated with numerous magazines and worked in different sectors of the media, including Numero Beauté, CondéNast, Hachette Rusconi and MTV to mention but a few.”
